I wasn't a fan of school. I wasn't someone who fit in and I wasn't very sporty. I'd been a martial artists since a young age and loved basketball but neither was what I'd call mainstream in my school.
Years later, after finding CrossFit and taking over ownership of CrossFit Wolfram, I aim to help share the amazing work that exercise can do.
After 5 years as a CrossFit Trainer, my mission has changed.
When I started in 2018, my mission was simple: coach the sport I fell in love with and help people get fit.
