I've recently spoken to a few members about this subject and it's a great one that I think most of us can say has affected us at some point.
Picture this: Nothing's gone wrong but you find yourself snapping at everyone. You're angry but you don't know what for and then it clicks... you're just hungry. This is a feeling we've all had that's aptly named "hangry". What is it and how can you avoid it? It's nearly Christmas and straight after that we've got the New Year. The classic thing people say is "I'm going to get fit next year".
Is this the right way though? It could be and for some it's a great time to get a fresh start but for most, putting your goals on pause is going to set you back even more. Here's why putting off improving your health could really set you back and getting started now could be the difference between success and failure. |
