Wolfram News - December

Our brand-new Gymnastics class is starting on Thursday evenings at 1830, from 5th December onwards. This class will feature a different gymnastic movement each month with the focus on working through a series of movement progressions for you to dial in those gymnastic movements!

2nd Birthday Party!

​This January sees CrossFit Wolfram turn a whole 2 years old! To celebrate, we’re hosting a birthday party on Saturday 11th January that will feature an extra sweaty Team WOD at 0900-1000, before replenishing those muscle glycogen stores with some cakey goodness! Any bakers amongst you are also welcome to bring some baked goodies on the day in order help celebrate the festivities! This will also be a “Bring a buddy” open event, so partners and friends are welcome to come and get involved… just tell them there will be cake!
