We Are open! new members welcome

We are extremely excited to be able to get back to doing what we love - proving top quality, coaching in small groups to novices and CrossFit veterans alike! CrossFit was already made for social distancing with everyone getting their own space to use a barbell, do box jumps and swing a kettlebell. We were gutted when fast food restaurants were allowed to open ahead of us, especially when the government keeps emphasising the  need for people to be fit and healthy but at least now we are ready! We made a few kit purchases over lock down, as well as using it as an opportunity to do all those jobs on on the To Do list that that we had been avoiding - no one likes painting 1500 sq ft of walls!
