CARDIO
Cardiovascular / respiratory endurance = the ability of body systems to gather, process & deliver oxygen.

STRENGTH
The productive application of force.

STAMINA
The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilise energy.

FLEXIBILITY
The ability to maximise the range of motion at a given joint.
|
POWER
The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time.

SPEED
The ability to minimise the time cycle of a repeated movement.
|
COORDINATION
The ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement.

AGILITY
The ability to minimise transition time from one movement pattern to another.
|
BALANCE
The ability to control the placement of the bodies centre of gravity in relation to its support base.

ACCURACY
The ability to control movement in a given direction or at a given intensity.

MEET OUR TEAM
JAREDOwner / Head CoachJared has been involved in fitness from a young age, originally focussing on martial arts where he won several awards at county level. His love of martial arts drove him to look into bodyweight training and mobility work, eventually leading to CrossFit.
The passion found for this sport lead him to wanting to help others learn the wide variety of benefits that exercise can bring to your life, taking the plunge into full time PT & CrossFit coaching in February 2019. |
STEPHCoachSteph joined CrossFit Wolfram as a member in 2018, bored of conventional gyms and looking to change her fitness routine. She quickly took to CrossFit, competing in local throw downs and working on improving strength training.
She started on the CrossFit Wolfram Coaching Programme as an assistant coach, shadowing on a weekly basis as she learnt for her CF Level 1. She loves the confidence that CrossFit brings to people and the fun of team training. |
