MEET OUR COACHES
AlexAlex discovered CrossFit in 2013 while living in Switzerland and working a full time job. He was quickly gripped by the philosophy of CrossFit and became an assistant coach at his local box in 2014.
On returning to the UK in 2016 he continued his drive for teaching CrossFit by coaching locally and looking for an opportunity to start his own box. Alex has had a passion for training people for many years, working as a RYA/MCA Cruising Instructor on the south coast of the UK. Alex loves to help people develop their skills and confidence and believes the best part of learning is that you can only ever improve! |
JaredJared has been involved in fitness from a young age, originally focussing on martial arts where he won several awards at county level. His love of martial arts drove him to look into bodyweight training and mobility work, eventually leading to CrossFit.
The passion found for this sport lead him to wanting to help others learn the wide variety of benefits that exercise can bring to your life, taking the plunge into full time PT & CrossFit coaching in February 2019. |
MelissaMelissa started CrossFit in March 2018 shortly after CrossFit Wolfram opened its doors.
Melissa is a PE teacher and has always loved playing sport including netball. However, fitness never really had the competitive edge she loved. After trying CrossFit for the first time she was hooked! It was fitness and sport rolled into one. Since starting CrossFit, she has entered several competitions and started coaching at Wolfram. In May 2019, Melissa became a CF-L1 trainer and loves coaching and being part of the celebrations in every personal success whether it’s a first Rx WOD, a PB on a lift or a first box jump! |
