At CrossFit Wolfram, we believe in a holistic approach to fitness by developing 10 key physical skills. These are cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Each skill contributes to your overall fitness level, and focusing on all of them ensures well-rounded physical competence.
