We are very excited to get back to training and reopen for what will hopefully be the last ever time...
The way we work through the 2nd step of lockdown easing is going to be different to how it was when we could coach you all properly. Below is a little summary of changes, how they'll differ and why some have reduced spaces available.
Will contain programming on the board for a warm up, strength / accessory section and a WOD
Will contain programming on the board for a warm up, accessory section and a strength section (no Olympic lifts programmed).
You can do whatever you want to train during this time. This may include what was on the board for other sessions or your own programming.
We have limited numbers here as if people are following their own programming they may need access to things such as the racks, pull up bars, high rings etc.
This requires a lot more space and freedom to be able to do while social distancing, not sharing kit and still being able to make the most of the time available.
Whereas we'd normally use this as a pairs / team WOD day, this will be run the same as our CrossFit session.
Final extra rules to add in that we have to follow:
As last time, booking times are 45 minutes of training MAXIMUM with 10 minutes of clean up.
You cannot enter the building until 5 minutes before your booking slot and I will come out to let you all know you can come on in.
We’ll need you to head out at least 5 minutes before the next session So that this is as streamlined as possible.
Unfortunately this means no socialising inside the building pre or post your booking as we need to be seen to follow the rules Put in place.
