The daily CrossFit classes are the backbone of our programme. Classes are capped to ensure everyone receives plenty of coaching while every workout is scalable to your individual needs. The class consists of a briefing and warm up, a movement specific strength or skill element, followed by the WOD (workout of the day), and a cool down to finish. Every day is different, so you’ll constantly be pushing your body in different ways - and you certainly won’t get bored!

Olympic Lifting will improve your skills in the two Olympic Lifts: the clean and jerk and the snatch. These classes are specifically programmed to work through a series of skills and drills, weightlifting complexes and percentage-based lifts in each block, with the aim of developing your technical ability and your strength. Classes are run by qualified British Weight Lifting coach and are suitable for all levels. So whether you’re an experienced lifter or have never picked up a bar before these are the ideal classes to come and enjoy lifting some weights in a fun and inclusive environment!

Targeted to develop cardiovascular output and muscular endurance, our Endurance WOD classes use a combination of training methods such as AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible), rounds for time, interval work and big rep range chippers to really help develop your engine. These classes feature all the movements you would expect to see in our regular CrossFit classes, just packaged up into a single, longer workout that will see you really get a sweat on as your heart rate soars!

Open gym sessions are great for working on movement technique, catching up on a workout that you’ve missed or just doing your own thing. These are always supervised by a qualified instructor who can be on hand if you need any pointers on a movement, or if you get stuck on ideas for a tough workout!
